JUNGLE CMS DASHBOARD IMPROVEMENT

OVERVIEW
About the project
Business Concept
Jungle Creations is a leading digital media company known for producing viral, high-impact content across multiple platforms. Behind the scenes, their editorial teams rely heavily on an internal CMS to manage daily publishing. As the company scaled, that system became bloated, slowing down production and making content management more frustrating than fluid.
The goal was to rebuild the Jungle CMS Dashboard into a streamlined, intelligent workspace that supported the pace and innovation of a modern media powerhouse.
Key challenges
The existing CMS had evolved into something overly complex. Features were scattered, analytics visibility was poor, and AI-generated drafts weren’t integrated into existing workflows. Teams spent too much time searching, clicking, and waiting — instead of creating. The main challenges included:
- Overcrowded interface and unclear information hierarchy
- Limited visibility into analytics and content performance
- Poor integration with new AI-assisted tools
- Inefficient user roles and status tracking
- Lack of scalability for future automation and publishing needs

OUR METHODOLOGY
Our Approach
Wazobia Tech led a full UX and system architecture redesign not just making the interface look cleaner, but rethinking how editorial teams work day-to-day. We started with user research across departments (editors, writers, managers) to map pain points and critical workflows. From there, we rebuilt the dashboard experience around clarity, data visibility, and automation readiness.Navigation was simplified.
Analytics became visible upfront. AI drafts could be reviewed, edited, and imported directly into the publishing flow. And a unified design system brought everything in line with Jungle’s evolving brand language ensuring consistency, scalability, and ease of onboarding.

IMPLEMENTATION
Solutions we provided
